Mission & Vision
This website was created in direct response to initiatives that seek to create “equitable” street planning.
It is part of the Sane Streets initiative, which proposes a simple premise: Street planning and traffic flow are better served by common sense, not social justice
The misguided idea that all users of our roadways are equal and that roads should be designed with equitable solutions, has created initiatives that seek to change people’s choices of transportation by punishing those who use automobiles, the very same people whose taxes pay to build and maintain those streets and pay for public transportation.
Not all users of the road are created equal, and attempting to create “equity” among users creates more hazardous traffic conditions, more pollution, lowers property values, and puts everyone’s lives in danger.
